Services Approach

We offer a variety of customizable, modular materials that are based on each school’s unique priorities, issues and approach to social-emotional learning. Each school determines the level of support required to successfully launch or maintain high-impact programs. The Social and Emotional Leadership Foundation provides the appropriate facilitators and materials to maximize leadership and social-emotional skill development.

Brief Needs Assessment

As part of our approach, we consult with the principal, vice principal and other team members from the staff or parent community to identify the goals and unique needs of the school, as well as to better understand the existing social and emotional leadership programs in use by the school. We customize our programs to reflect school priorities, and financial and human resource requirements.

Peer Leadership Program
Our Peer Leadership Program is the foundational program on which we build the rest of our programs. It is designed to dramatically strengthen the school culture by building positive, cross-age peer connections.
